DubaiCitylink prepares company and service overviews using publicly available information. We bring together business details, relevant official records and customer feedback from external sources to help readers understand how a service is presented and what people report about it.

Our reviews are unpaid. They are research-based overviews, not first-hand service tests unless an article explicitly identifies and supports a separate first-hand account.

Sources used in our research

Depending on the company and the material available, research may draw on:

  • Official company websites, service descriptions, published fees, terms and contact pages.
  • Public business registers, professional registers and information from relevant authorities.
  • Customer reviews on platforms such as Google Maps, Trustpilot and other applicable review websites.
  • Public discussions on forums and social platforms, including Reddit and accessible public community pages.
  • Relevant news coverage, interviews and other attributable public materials.

The platforms consulted vary between articles. Naming a platform here does not mean that it was available or used for every company. Each review should identify its material sources, particularly when quoting a rating, describing customer experiences or making a consequential factual claim.

Matching feedback to the right business

Before using feedback, we consider whether it concerns the correct company, website, branch, service and period. Similar trading names or unrelated businesses should not be treated as the same provider.

We consider the age and detail of an account, the service described and whether the company has responded. A detailed recent account may be more relevant to a particular service than an unexplained rating, but detail alone does not prove authenticity.

How customer feedback is interpreted

We look for recurring themes across the available material, including communication, clarity of fees, delivery of the promised service, delays and complaint handling. Positive, mixed and critical experiences are considered where relevant; isolated comments are not presented as representative of every customer.

Repeated wording, reposted accounts or the same story appearing on several platforms must not be counted as independent confirmation. Unusual posting patterns can justify caution but do not prove that a review is false. Labels such as “verified” are attributed to the platform that applies them; they are not a guarantee from DubaiCitylink.

We cannot independently establish the identity, transaction or outcome behind every public review. Customer accounts remain reported experiences unless supported by additional evidence. An allegation in a comment is not presented as an established finding merely because it appears online.

Ratings and comparisons

If an article mentions a platform score, it should give the platform, the score and the date observed, with the number of reviews where available. Scores from different services should not be combined into a single rating without a clear method and comparable inputs.

A small number of reviews, recent ownership changes or feedback about another branch can limit what a rating tells a reader. Where public feedback is sparse or conflicting, the article should say so rather than manufacture a firm conclusion.

Checking company and legal claims

Company materials explain what a business says it provides. They do not independently prove licensing, results or customer satisfaction. Where relevant, those claims should be checked against authoritative records and current official requirements.

For citizenship, residence and investment services, we distinguish the provider’s assistance from decisions made by authorities or outcomes affected by market conditions. Customer success stories cannot establish another person’s legal eligibility or guarantee an equivalent result.

Conclusions and updates

The article’s assessment should reflect the strength and limits of the available evidence. Public-source research is not certification of a company or a personalised recommendation to purchase its services.
