DubaiCitylink welcomes documented corrections and updates from readers, company representatives and other people affected by its coverage. If information is wrong or important context is missing, a clear request helps us assess the issue and decide whether a change is needed.

How to contact us

Email dubaicitylink555@gmail.com with the subject “Correction request” or “Update request”, followed by the article title or company name.

Please include:

  • The full URL of the page you want us to review.
  • The article title and the exact sentence, section or information concerned.
  • A clear explanation of what is inaccurate, outdated or missing.
  • Your proposed correction, if you have one.
  • Links to supporting sources, such as an official record, current terms, an authority’s publication or the original review being discussed.
  • Relevant dates, particularly if the issue results from a later change rather than an error at publication.
  • Your name, a reply email address and your role if you represent a company or another person.

Screenshots can help show information that has changed or disappeared, but include the original URL and the date of capture where possible. Do not send unnecessary identity documents, private customer files or unredacted financial details. If sensitive evidence is essential, describe it first so that an appropriate method of review can be agreed.

What happens after a request

We review the passage, its sources and the evidence supplied. We may ask for clarification or additional documents and, where relevant, consider a response from another party. A response depends on the complexity of the issue and the availability of evidence; submitting a request does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Tell us clearly if the request concerns exposed personal information, an applicable legal deadline or a risk of material harm. Privacy requests are handled under our Privacy Policy.

Corrections and later developments

A correction addresses information that was materially wrong. When a change alters an important factual claim or the meaning of an article, a dated correction note should explain the amendment.

An update reflects a later development, such as new contact details, revised service terms or a changed public rating. It should not disguise an earlier error. Minor spelling, formatting or broken-link fixes may be made without a separate notice.

Company responses and further review

Companies can submit relevant evidence and a response to statements about them. Disagreement with an opinion is not automatically a factual error, and a removal request is assessed on its grounds. We do not charge a fee to consider a correction.

If you believe important evidence has been overlooked, reply to the same email thread, identify the unresolved point and attach or link the additional material. Requests should focus on the accuracy and context of the publication rather than a preferred promotional description.
