As reported, UAE launches a new massive project dubbed Jebel Ali Beach. The preliminary plans have been approved by the country’s leading figures, including sheikh Mohammad Al Maktoum and Hamdan bin Mohammed who is in position of Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.
Jebel Ali Beach: What’s on the menu?
The upcoming resort truly aspires to be a new World Wonder. First, its concept is based on eco-friendly tourism, in line with the global trend of preserving nature and biodiversity. The ‘superstars’ of the resort will be green and hawksbill sea turtles, native to the Persian Gulf.
The guests will be able to observe them enjoying their mundane activities in nature. Additional efforts will be made to preserve their habitat, as well as provide rescue and rehabilitation.
Apart from the turtle seeing, the resort’s master plan includes a cornucopia of amenities and attractions. The Beach area will boast a 15-kilometer cycling track, a jogging route running through a vast patch of greenery, as well as a swimming area available after sunset.
Mangrove trees will be one of the unique features of the resort. The sprawling mangrove shrubs will help maintain a healthy, oxygen-enriched environment. According to authorities, the resort area will be covered with a security camera network directly connected to law enforcement — it will make it a maximum security area. Surveillance will be enhanced with AI algorithms to quickly detect and prevent any unwanted situations.

Overall, the resort will be divided into three key locations:
Pearl
This place will be suitable for a good family vacation. Attractions to amuse guests will include a swimming pool, a special area for the kids, a number of cafés and diners, as well as a cozy floating restaurant. Visitors will be able to enjoy sports activities, including the never-get-old beach volleyball.
Sanctuary
As the name implies, the area will be a safe haven for the sea turtles. While it offers comfort and amenities — like a sports zone — it puts highest priority on preserving and protecting the marine and coastal wildlife.
